Lakeside Architecture, Incorporated was established in 2002 by Shelley Waugh and currently serves the Maryland, West Virginia, Virginia, Georgia,
South Carolina, Louisiana, Florida and Pennsylvania Markets.
The organization has spent more than 20 years building relationships with clients across multiple industries and takes pride in process education and overall project delivery.
LAI has substantial experience with Residential, Commercial/Retail, Historic, Industrial, and Non-Profit projects, but specializes in Healthcare Architecture and community-driven efforts.

Shelley Waugh
Shelley Waugh, the Founder/President of LAI, is a Professional Degree of Architecture Graduate of the University of Tennessee-Knoxville.
Shelley also received her Bachelor of Science degree in Architecture Engineering Technology from Fairmont State College.

Shelley became an architect because of her passion to help build and create solutions for the community and their needs. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with family and you can often find her exploring the country and expanding the reach of the business. ​
